I have decided to expand my definition of grief by exploring loss on every level. Covid has not only effected our family dynamics with the loss of loved ones but also through loss of jobs, homes, businesses, social interactions and experiences, etc. The UCSF Department of Pschiatry breaks down the various levels of grief and validates the varying experiences of COVID-19. On this site we can find a variety of tips and strategies for coping and reducing stress levels

PROGRESS!!

  My first piece! 😄    REFLECTION: I am super excited! I was stuck in my head trying to figure out what to do. I have been in such a space of not creating anything for so long that trying to get back in my creative space has been hard. I don't know if it has been due to lack of inspiration or just genuinely being tired that has been the hold up but lets hope I can keep up the momentum!

Blog Post 4

    We nailed down a rough draft idea for our poster design for our DC GIVES BACK  events. We have two events for this campaign-Auction house, and parade. I am responsible for making revisions to our designs and visuals. Today was also a in  house strategy day we reached out to business for sponsorships, inquired about doing their ads, and looked into potential venues to house our events.
